UL 2272 Outline of Investigation for Electrical Systems for Self-Balancing Scooters

标准概述 / Overview

UL目前制订UL2272标准为电动平衡车进行测试与认证，其涵盖使用在平衡车上的可充电电池和充电系统组合的电力驱动系统，并于2016年2月3日起宣布，接受平衡车的机电系统设计、结构评估、测试及UL认证的申请。

主要测试项目包括产品的结构检查（关键部件的认证情况检查），机械承重，电池充放电测试（过充过放），短路等故障测试，温度测试，安全软件评估等。

At present, UL has formulated the UL2272 standard for testing and certification of electric balance vehicles, which covers the electric drive system of the combination of rechargeable batteries and charging systems used in balance vehicles. It has announced from February 3, 2016 that it will accept the electromechanical system design, structural evaluation, testing and application for UL certification of balance vehicles.

The main test items include product structure inspection (certification inspection of key components), mechanical bearing, battery charge and discharge test (overcharge and overdischarge), fault test such as short circuit, temperature test, safety software evaluation, etc.
